Spring is a time of natural marvel. Seeds planted start to bloom, plants from last year regrow and birds chirping at your window can be heard. It is inspiring to see the big transformation of something so little. Inspiration is everywhere we turn, although it is not always as easy to spot during challenging times. It can be easy to get stuck in a rut, and difficult to get out of one, but you can find inspiration for yourself and those around you. Inspiration means different things to different people. What someone finds stimulating, someone else may find little value or beauty in.
Do you know what inspires you? Or those around you?
Finding a creative spark is possible even in the darkest times when we make a conscious decision to leave your comfort, turn to nature and/or step outside of your comfort zone trying new experiences. At times, I am afraid of trying something new, making a mistake or sticking to what I know when ordering my next meal-but then I will think "what if." What if I enjoy the new experience, new entrée or find beauty somewhere I wouldn't normally look...
5 ways to spark creativity:
1. Get into nature, smell the roses
2. Take a walk
3. Watch a comedy
4. Journal or meditate
5. Listen to music
We deserve all that life has to offer. Will you join me in tapping into your creativity?
Keep Smiling!
Make it a great week,
Brenda
